sounds like the boiler is the same as the 51/5, you need a pcb, boiler stat and a gas safe installer which is a must, gas pressure and safety checks need to be carried out. your boiler also takes oxygen for the pilot from the flue hood and if POC's are not being cleared boiler will shut down.

Hi guys, I work for a local council and change a vokera mynute AAV at least once a month, for what its worth, I find the easiest way to change it is by removing the pump head, this allows access to the AAV with pump pliers, very rare to leak at pump and no disruption to gas valve.

the faults you are describing are very similar to having a bye-pass that has not been set. is there an external bye-pass fitted

you may still have hot water stored in the cylinder which would give you the impression that the boiler is working ok on hot water, check this by selecting hot water then look at bbu and see if it fires up

you may have a blown fuse with the meter triping, check your fuses on any fused switches, you should have one at the main wiring center maybe one next to programmer and maybe one situated near to the bbu, check them first

make sure the programmer is set to heating on and any room stat is turned up, to start with

you should get a little water, thats what the clothes for. if water continuously pours from the pump your pump may be on the way out
