PCB, Had two with identical faults 24cxi and 30cxi, new pcb about £120/150 unless you go for the exchange about £60/70. Takes about 2 mins to change, you will probably get E13 display to start with and then after a few moments it will clear itself and fire up, if not turn to reset and off you go.

A couple of angle brackets normally fix to the bath timber frame then sunk into the wall before tileing, the legs of the bath have holes in them to screw to the floor, but a steel bath would have been better.

You need a good inhibitor in the heating system and a lime beater on the mains side when the new boiler is installed.

Drain enough water from FnE so that the inhibitor gets into rads and dosnt just sit in FnE tank, you can turn off water from mains if you like but you wont have any mains water in the rest of the house while your adding the inhibitor.

Pump spindle might be turning but what about the impeller behind the spindle ? Would remove pump head and test off the boiler.

Turn the mains off by the stop cock and change the ballafix, the other side of the flexi has a check valve so very little or no water will leak from the check valve.

Its fine on 3, change pump head if it worries you.
