Did the adjacent property have a cellar that's been filled in? I'm guessing you're in plymouth so i'm assuming that it might have been bomb damage that caused the adjacent property to be removed?

Bit late now, but i'd use CT1 as a temporary bodge. It seems to stick to anything, even wet surfaces.

The important thing is to make sure no plaster or adhesive gets on the push fit parts of the fitting. They need a little bit of movement with variations in pressure to allow the o ring to energise and seal. If they’re embedded in rigid plaster they can’t move and that’s when they can start to leak.

That’s spalling rather than delamination. It’s quite badly rusted.

The reason I ask is BMW’s are notorious for this problem if you don’t use the oem screenwash.

Those cracks could certainly leak. Looks like something was dropped in the bath. You could get it them repaired, but i have no idea how cost effective it may be. The cost of replacing the bath will be strongly linked to the cost of making good the inevitable damage done removing it.
