Hi! My front door is catching/sagging, and the hinge is tearing it seems. Would simply replacing the hinge fix he problem? If so, where can I get a hinge like this and is this doable as a DIY job? Thanks in advance!

Thanks! I checked, there are 4 red wires at the switch, but one is taped off. So 1 live from CU/previous switch, 1 live to the light, and 1 live to the next switch then? What is confusing for me then is that there are 3 neutral wires at the light fitting coming from the ceiling. What is the...

Pic attached. The wiring is for a light fitting that I want to remove. It looks to me like there's one live switch wire, and all the other wires are going into the 'neutral' terminal. It just looks wrong to me. House was built in the 80's (Ireland).

Thanks for the response. I had also assumed that separating the CH and water would be relatively routine, which makes the conflicting feedback all the more frustrating!
