    All boiler men should do repairs if he only does servicing that's no good to anyone and a waste of space.If the mains pressure is on the low side eg 1.5bar when the boiler is hot the pressure could be up to 2bar and could leak through a cracked plate but you'd expect it to blow off the prv bit...
