    Boiler not set up properly at start get engineer in with pressure gauge smoke pump and flue gas analyser but sounds like it needs a clean out.good luck.Bob

    Whoops steady my friend this burner is costing you too much get in touch with heating world of spares and get another burner brand new get a tech to fit it and set it up also you've still got water in the oil pipe get it blown out as water and oil can share a pipe water at bottom and the oil...

    The click is the solenoid opening the valve to let oil through to the nozzle if it's not clicking try a new coil what burner have you got.Bob

    If the pipe is plastic coated it will be ok unless you have very cold weather minus 20'c then if you are running on diesel it may start waxing but if kerosene should be ok.Bob

    Problem is theyre being run with low return temps and I think some installers are doing it on purpose so the boiler rots if they read the MIs half of this wouldn't happen

    1 make sure you have oil 2 make sure it's reaching the burner 3 make sure you have electricity reaching the boiler 4 make sure all controls are calling for heat 5 check the reset button isn't lit if it is press it see what happens 6 if it doesn't do anything call an oil engineer.
