pyronix enforcer v10 alarms on loss of wifi

Oh. If the system is in 'App' mode the timer is in minutes. If not then I believe it is in seconds. Don't think this stated in the manual though

Press D on the keypad. Enter the master code. Keep pressing No until 'Block UDL' is displayed and make sure this is disabled. By default it is enabled which allows the installer to connect anytime he likes without you ever knowing. It is a major error by Pyronix that no alert is created when...

    More CCTV Questions

Hikvision ColourVu cameras seem to be very popular. They apparently have a bright white light that keeps the image colour even in total darkness. The light level can be adjusted or even disabled if not needed.

Enforcer Alarm - DIY or Not...

Mines been fitted almost 5 years and never had a problem. I’ve changed the batteries approx every 2 years as advised. You saying you’ve had problems when the batteries are not changed every 2 years?

Looks good to me mate. Maybe learn it before fitting if you are not familiar with the process but it is very easy.

This unit has the ‘comfort LED’s’ built in so you do not need the external led lights. They are normally required for the dummy box only.

Make sure you give the detector enough time to ‘arm’ itself. Normally almost instant but I’d wait at least 30 seconds before triggering the detector.

I'd go for 2000 then add whichever option suits your installation. Every option is programmable regardless of defaulting to ungraded or graded.

Enforcer Alarm - DIY or Not...

Grade 2 settings seem to offer slightly higher security. You only need grade 2 if installed by an approved company and to satisfy insurance companies. DIY do as you please. Pre-Alarm - changes from 0 to 30 seconds This setting only applies to systems that signal to a monitoring centre. I think...

    Pyronix euro 46

Enter programming if you have the engineers code and locate the Volume Control menu. Area A settings are normally for Full Set Area B settings are normally for Night Set. Not sure but think the double beep that confirms the system is set is controlled by the chime volume or day alarm volume. Or...

    Pyronix euro 46

The omitting process is not clear with the Euro. If you press D and enter the menu there is an option to omit zones. However this only omits 24hr zones. To omit a normal zone start to set the system then press yes and select the zone you want omitting.

    Poss low battery bell box

Is it one of these CQR sirens? This is the only siren I know that chirps when the battery is low. There is a ‘jumper’ to turn the battery off but personally I’d replace with new.
