That is a Danfoss three port, download its instructions manual, and if you have electrical test gear like multimeter or voltage tester, pretty easy for some engineers, otherwise call a professional.

Diverter valve problem.

The most suspicious part is motorised valve, stuck.

Likely one of motorised valves is faulty.

It is a right choice to get Baxi their own engineers involved for this boiler. An intermittent ignition lockout is a normal operation status of this boiler! I do boiler repairs, but I regard this boiler as the most difficult boiler to repair with, particularly for an intermittent ignition...

Might just need a fan bearing cleaning and lubrication.

Hi 112, what about scale? I have never been able to remove scale on hot water path.

In CH mode, same as DHW pre heat mode, the expansion vessel is connected to the central heating by the path I marked as red.
