    Yes, two connections to the expansion vessel, on Performa 24i and 28i, also Baxi Instant. One connection is flowing in, and another is flowing out.

    Modern unvented cylinders have good insulation and little heat loss. So even you left the immersion heater always on it will hardly cost your more electrical consumption. It is by the amount of hot water being used by the occupants.

    Take the valve head off the base (if it is detachable by two screws, not by four screws!), check the spindle rotation, lubricate it if necessary.

    F25 is indeed low water pressure related, you need a good boiler service to charge internal EV and check PRV for not leaking.

    The problem is that you as a DIY shouldn't open this boiler case. So ask the coming engineer about 24V link, he will know what I meant. Good luck for you.

    If you are okay with DIY, boiler case off, isolate cold water in, drain off bit water, and replace a sensor. Make you know which is COLD WATER INLET otherwise you will kill your boiler!
