There's your problem. Cold is back feeding down the hot pipe to water ever tap is open. You're not getting full flow through the boiler.

Sorry John, clean water means nothing. Clean the magna clean. If it's not been done for a while dirt will be inside the boiler. 99 percent sure your system is dirty.

Got a random 02 fault occurring. I've been a couple of times now and it' started working after some poking around. I've tested the OH stat and the pressure switch and they have continuity, so I don't think it's that. If anyone has hints tips or advice. I'd be Grateful. Thanks

Get them back, probably now advise a powerflush costing 9k next. New pump didn't cure original fault, misdiagnosed.
