    I have no thought of moving house.but would put service valves on pipework inside house and just remove radiator if I was planning to move .I still don't understand the reason for this rule.if it is due to heat loss surely if I put electric heaters in there there would still be the same heat...

    Strange that because as I said earlier my daughter has just had a conservatory built by Malbern who put a radiator in hers .and never mentioned about building regs .

    Wasn't sure myself.if it wold work.interested about Zone valve as my daughter ha just had a conservatory built by Malbern and they didn't put a zone valve in heating.we live in Manchester

    Must admit not sure myself interested in your point about zone control. As my daughter who lives nearby.has just had a conseveratory built by Malbern and they fitted a radiator without zone control.which gave me the idea to put one in mine.we live in Manchester

    Thanks for your reply.I know it's not great idea running off 10mm feeds.but bedroom where I would have to run new feeds from has fitted wardrobes.which would mean dismantling part of them.

    Hi I an wanting to fit a wessex flange to my cylinder. To run to a shower pump.can an one tell me what the conection on my cylinder is likely to be.need to know before I buy flange.not sure if it's part of the cylinder or a fitting going into cylinder.the pipework is 22mm stuart

    no i think you have read it wrong the pump is for the shower only and is in the airing cupboard Cold inlet to pump is from cold water tank in loft,Hot inlet to pump is off the vent pipe just below the tee,and both outlets go to hot and cold conecrtions on mixer tap
