Do i need to rewire or upgrade consumer unit for EICR??

Wrong way round. EICR first. Get any C1 & C2s fixed ( not necessarily by the same electrician....get quotes). Keep original EICR together with EICs from the remedial work. Job done.

Do NOT twist them. Do it as per the photo, which is the correct method.

    Annoying Driving Habits...

Oncoming drivers signalling that they are turning (to their) left who then pull across into my lane before turning as they are too lazy/stupid to turn their wheel faster/ to full lock.

    Personal email address

Fasthosts have never charged me to transfer a domain name out, the last time I did it was about a year ago. I've not a a problem with them for the 20 or so years I was using their website hosting.

    Personal email address

Most ISPs can provide them, with various features from POP/IMAP to use with a standard email client, to full ms exchange. If you're happy with a gmail address then that's is fine, but if you want something more personal and not dependant on Google..... I have a .me.uk domain name from...

    Tyre Pressure Monitoring System

I always get the optional space saver spare kit, having had this experience in the past. I had reason to use it last week. Took 10 mins to fit. If a manufacturer supplied spare is no available I find a suitable wheel & tyre elsewhere. Puncture repair kits are useless for sidewall damage.

Earth bonding in a TT system

Yes, but have you ever been able to convince as Gas Safe engineer of that? I haven't, they just insist that they have been told it must be done, even when all the pipes are linked by a conductive manifold attached to the boiler mounting bracket. If you have, how?

    Dual electrical system??

Photo of consumer unit with flap open so we can clearly see what is inside and read what is printed on the devices will help. Why is there an old rewireable fuse sitting on top of it? Is there a(nother) fusebox somewhere?

Temporary use of electric 'instant' water heater

Yes, but imo, just semantics, it really is regulation for regulation's sake. It means that you cannot test a cooker circuit until the cooker is connected as until then it is not a circuit.

    Oh Dear

"What other way is there, apart from going out and logging the full gas meter reading every 30 minutes, to check what is consuming what on a gas bill? Even if not at home, I can check this graph from anywhere in the world, and it is completely effortless to do." Yes, but why do you need to...

    Earth Sheathing needed?

Should really be sleeved. More importantly, if you are removing/replacing the ceiling rose, make sure you mark that black wire that connects to the brown wire on the existing light fitting; if you mix up the black wires you will have a problem. It's the switched live and should ideally be...

    New skool phone wiring

depends if you have extension wiring where the router is. My extension wiring branches from the filtered side of the nte5 down in the hall but the router is upstairs on a separate extension from the unfiltered side of the master socket. Otherwise, I'd do as you say.

    New skool phone wiring

You can get an adapter from BT that plugs into a power socket by your phone. The phone ( or possibly your extension wiring) plugs into the adapter which talks to the hub over WiFi https://www.bt.com/help/user-guides/phones/digital-voice/digital-voice-adapter/...
