Only way to be sure is to test if L2 is dead when switch is off....I would say that 90% of the time yes it is the switch line but you never know and better to be sure by testing
Just wire it as perm live to live on ring cam...N to N and Earth to earth...put existing switch line in a connector block and leave switch off or disconnect from switch.........Or put perm live into a connector and use switch line as your perm and leave switch on

Minor change......still need to confirm continuity of cpc, polarity, and a Zs so will be testing to amendment 2......amendment 2 additional sockets Type A rcd......catch up with what's going on fella
You can always ring Napit or the NICEIC And check
Yes it does............... when you adding more equipment that can introduce more D.C leakage that could blind the Type AC rcd and stop it working............Your giving Bad advice
