    First thing is 2 chk expasion vessel for charge etc.if theres no obvious leaks newear then suspect h-exchanger leaking into condensate which ive had b4.also if pressure is erratic on display i.e reading 1.5 bar then dropping to 1 bar suspect water pressure sensor faulty and again ive had b4.hope...

    Hes fitting a good boiler,so the main thing is next is too give the system a good flush out,this is the key to a reliable boiler!fitting a good filter as well

    cant see it being air as the issue,the boiler itselfy has a built in auto air vent and as its pressurised system any air in the system will just accumulate in the rads,then u can just vent.

    Its the p.c.b thats faulty mate,that fault indicates air flow fault which common sense say fan,aps or blocked venturis.it never is.always p.c.b faulty :)
