The labour is £400 inc materials. Will also get 2 free cp12 and services included. Cheapest install I got...

If it breaks down they will not let my Tennant down if we service it. As long as it's not BER

    Homeserve boiler problems.

I have a trusted installer who did job for me 10 years ago. I'm thinking of choosing a Vokera 25KW Vision with 5-7 year warranty or a Main ECo elite 25Kw. The cost Vokera is £568 with flue and Main is £598 plus flue £69. Main has a 5 yr warranty. My installer said that Vokera will refuse claims...

    Homeserve boiler problems.

We have a Main combi and had it for 3 years. No major issues just loses pressure now and again and we refill using loop. Engineer have changed valves etc. The Ariston has had its problems but BG or Hmserve have sorted it. We had to have annual checks so not neglected. Just after a speedy install...

    Homeserve boiler problems.

The house is tenanted and it was covered by insurance. I don't have time to ring plumbers and don't know any good ones. The tenant would deal directly. With hindsight I'm gonna have it done by installer and use someone I trust to service it and check. How much should it cost is £1200 a good price??

    Homeserve boiler problems.

Had these guys out and they have condemned a working boiler with no issues for several years. Apparently it's leaking and it's BER. They won't give me jack. So tried other insurance but they won't touch it as they condemned it. Can someone tell me how much it gonna cost to replace. Just need...

Yeh noticed beads today myself seems like he put on thin render and scratched it off to plain it. Some grey blocks also showing. Will speak to him. Tarmacers are a waste of time. Had drive done a few years ago and it wears off. Gonna render inside as well as he has repointed it but looks cleaner...

They had delivered thin ones and he said he reordered larger size. What min size needed? Get snow very rarely but he was walking freely on it no flex. Timbers have been secured down.

Done as advised. Not been feeding them for a while. Anyway render on and window and door in place. Door did fit eventually with a step on built inside garage. However opens outwards which isn't an issue. Gutters and garage door left. 3weeks done maybe a week left. Cost still £2650.

What's crap about it you seem to make an opinion i without stating what's the issue. Don't go on about foundations again I've heard enough. The floor is now as standard practice ( hardcore , dpm and concrete to 100-150mm. We have dug up the crap and more top soil before hardcore. So I'd like to...

    Concrete garage base thickness.

Foundation was 0.5m and for a 2.5m garage that's more than enough. We don't see artic temperatures in UK so soil heave isn't a big problem. I was more concerned if it would be subject to subsidence. As I've explained it's not now built off crap foundation soil. That is now in the garden with...

Wait till it's finished mate. works in progress. Had a few builders around and they don't see your viewpoint. Anyone can have a view what's crap or not or maybe you can't come to terms with the price and think it's an inevitable fail.

    Is this a bad brickwork/foundation?

Ok maybe not but I said how much it cost someone who actually had a 13ft one done. The first was a ballpark figure.
