Zones 2-10 are showing in fault. Are your user codes still working as originally programmed ? Could have lost panel programming and defaulted to factory settings following power fault.

+ & - aux power on pcb In {white wire} to Bell trigger output will give you intruder signal. You can wire as dial capture,but you will need com 2400 module. CSL app or monitoring station?

On the com2400 module on top right corner of pcb. This depends on a 2400 module being fitted. If unsure then post photo of pcb. PSTN telephone lines are being turned off by 2025 ? and your and your analogue phone line will no longer work. What are you connecting telephone line for ?

Are you wiring Reed contract in series with shock?

That is a shock sensor without a Reed contact. What are you going to use as your entry device ? Elite 24 can be wired EOL .

Is that your entry / exit door ? Not good practice to install shock sensors on entry / exit door, due to high false alarms . Can be wired with 4 core, what control panel do you have?

Post photo of wiring of the pcb,have you EE on the control board as this will be entry zone. Hope you didn't pay the so called engineer,as he should carry door contacts as standard.

When you enter engineer code display will say ,do you want engineer mode ,if display doesn't show that then you do not have an engineers code. Master code should reset tampers if programmed to do so. Only way to find out is put a tamper fault on system and see if code resets it.

SMS texting from control panel is now out of date.A lot of the tap services have been turned off , using app on mobile to control system is now the way forward.

Having access to the engineers code will now invalidate the certification of your system. You now have the ability to make changes to the programming which could now possibly change the grade of the system which the installation company had certificated to.
