Ah. So once I have replaced the plug, what do I do? Repressure my central heating, re-open the radiator valves and rebleed? Or rebleed before reopening the valves?

Hi all, I am new to plumbing so please bear with me :) I have a small leak at the top of my towel heater as shown on the picture attached. I presume I need to re-seal the leaking valve or change it, but how should I go about doing this? The leak only happens when the central heating cools...
