    Multiple wires on same breaker

You only need one cable from CU to JB, then all socket cables connected to that cable in the JB. What size is the MCB? Two cables (radial circuits) from one MCB is fine.

Ring Main spur to run heater

From the OP, the spur is served by a 13A FSU, so the regs allow any number of sockets to be fed from that, I believe. In this instance, as you and others point out, a new spur from a different socket is the way to go.

Closed cell foam will perform perfectly well in such a situation.

    Cable through foundation?

Cut the twinwall off below ground level, seal it with expanding foam and bring the cable out of the ground and up the wall, if I've understood you correctly.

    Cable through foundation?

Run it in twinwall ducting, for the full underground run. You can bring the ducting up into the extension floor and cut it off flush once the concrete has gone off.

    3 Phase breaker trip

Thats an MCCB, not an MCB. It could well have been configured to trip on phase imbalance. Different beast from a simple MCB. Its also rated at 100A.

NVR Switch - What is this terminal?

If you were carrying out the required design and calculations for the functional safety of this woodworking machine, in order to meet your obligations under the Machinery Directive or PUWER, how would this device meet those requirements? I've had a look at the data sheet, no reliability data, no...

NVR Switch - What is this terminal?

You've resurrected a 6 year old thread.... If anyone is using the information in this thread, please ignore the uninformed and dangerous advice about connecting estops in series to the release coil. That isnt what its function is, and it cannot carry out that function reliably.

    Shed feed

OP, I think what's being asked is how that T+E connects to the ring final. Might well be a fused spur at that point. In which case, all should be well. Assuming it is a ring final, of course.

    Shed feed

A grommet on that t+e entry, and a bit less visible copper would be nice.

What would you do? Outer sheath removed outside of back box.

Personally, I would leave it and not give it a second thought. That pvc on the individual cores will outlive all of us, those cores are plastered in, and will never move.
