Many thanks for the advice, I was thinking a noggin with clips. Have you got any pics of this done or diagrams of best way to route pipes for ease of installation.

otherwise the pipe would be unsupported so what could you clip it to.

with it being barrier pipe do I need to put plastic trunking over it

it will be a complete new system, shall I install it in some tubing ? or can you just plaster over it? will I get heat cracks in plaster.

I was thinking if I used a wood noggin inbetween the joist I could run all pipe flat on it.

its only for droppers to rads, 15mm would be hard work to get neat to a socket at the back of a rad.

thinking of using speedfit on the droppers for my ch system as rooms will be plastered,so I can sink them in the wall. What is the best thing to cover them with before the plaster goes on.

Can anyone recommend a good way of securing heating pipes on verticle runs, or is it best just to use some timber and clips. Also has anyone got some pics of best way to run flow and returns under boards to pick up rads.
