Door to door pallet delivery services?

As it's mainly for commercial use, they won't show the prices with VAT, but you will need to add it. That's odd, how on earth would you send something like a car engine? I had a flat pack sofa delivered on a pallet, all the wood at the bottom and all the cushions piled on top, it was over 2...

    Laptop charging extension lead

If that doesn't exist, how about a longer cloverleaf cable(assuming your charger takes that connector), rather than a full on 13A extension lead? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/253311188416

Have I bought the wrong kind of 1-Gang switch?

 The black wire is not a neutral. It is the switched live. It's not really the right type of switch, but if you like how it looks, put the red in L IN, and the black in L OUT. Leave the earth where it is. If you were hoping for the LED to light up... it won't.

    impact driver bits

I wanted/needed a fair few cheaper ones, as I was on a job where I knew they would get ruined quickly(taking up suspended floor tiles on an office refurb, where the screw recesses are pre-mangled and full of grit/dust/carpet glue), and I've been pleasantly surprised at how good they've held up...

Which one of these Satellite cables is good?

The three you linked to already are up to WF100 spec. (foam dielectric) CT100 hasn't existed for years(due to it's hollow tubed dielectric allowing water to run inside the cable), but these websites and Google know darn well that people will still search for the term 'CT100'.

    Non-metric screw size

That's definitely a 4.0mm metric screw, not a no8 screw. No8 screws, nominally 4.17mm, would usually measure around 4.08 to 4.12mm. A number 7 screw would measure even less than your 3.92.

Impact wrench or driver to change a wheel?

Just use a breaker bar first, just to 'crack' them, then your impact driver will be fine to spin the nuts off. On re-fitting, hand thread them first to avoid cross-threading, then impact driver, then breaker bar or torque wrench to tighten.
