The vast majority of murderers are not "violent criminals". Only about 5% of murders are premeditated. The rest are a result of sudden impulsive outbursts of anger. Therefore not under the murderer's control. Therefore the potential murderer would not stop to consider the repercussions.

You think he should not be entitled to the same system as indigenous criminals? On what do you base your opinion? I can see only one characteristic that would influence that opinion. :rolleyes:

Maybe he wasn't a killer when he escaped Afghanistan. Maybe it's the experience of being in UK for 5 years that turned him into a killer. :rolleyes: People aren't born to kill. Their experience and treatment influences their decisions and actions.

I think I have seen various suggestions about shooting asylum seekers mid channel, or as they arrive on the beach. Then there's the attempt to burn them alive in the hotels, which I assume some on here supported. Then there's the suggestion to chuck 'em out the plane before landing. Take your pick.
