    Use very fine wet and dry to make the key for your top coat. By wetting the frame keeps dust to a minimum and helps to create a smoother surface to paint. You only need to rub very lightly. Wipe off with a cloth wait till fully dry and paint.

    We overboarded using 12mm marineply following the fall of the decking plus 10mm. We put plastic channel drainage for it to fall into and subsequently this falls into a small bucket which he uses to water the plants. The plastic turf we chose can be easily brushed to remove excess water as well...

    If it was rendered 20 years ago it’s in good nick. Ghosting is a strange one to diagnose. It’s all to do with salts and drying processes within buildings. Yours from the photo just looks like it’s ready for lick of paint.

    Hi Dan, footprints is right just be careful you do not compromise the dpc line even for 2/3 years. But the finish is all about the base. mortar bed sounds good.

    So all the foul runs back towards Tyrisha rd from yours at the rear? I would put some fooddye into your toilet and flush it to see which way it runs. Have you access to an inspection manhole to check?
