Re fitting a door entry handset

This is the main panel. There is a company online also called entryphone so I will call them on Monday and see if this is one of theirs. If there is a way to wire up a new one that would be prefered over calling out an engineer.

Re fitting a door entry handset

It certainly looks cheap and is unbranded. I don't mind buying a new handset I just want to know I will be able to connect it.

Re fitting a door entry handset

The door entry phone has been pulled off the wall and I need to rewire it to operate the main door. Unfortunately none of the wires are left in the connections for me to see which wires go where. The cable looks like a Cat5 / bell wire with a number of coloured wires. On the right the...

Nothing in the bathroom. The spur used to feed the UFH for the bathroom but was located in the hallway. The spur/socket/rad are all located in the hallway.

Am i right in thinking this is ok

Hello everyone. I have a radial circuit that feeds an UFH matt and heated towel rail via 2 fused spurs. I have done away with the UFH and want to replace with a small electric radiator (330w nominal power / 125w effective power). I believe I am OK to connect the rad via the feed previously...

Kitchen / bathroom wate not draining

Pictures below. There water runs from the sink to the last inspection point so there is no blockage. Water doesn't drain from kitchen sink unless an inspection cap is removed.

Kitchen / bathroom wate not draining

Forgot to take pics but will get some tomorrow. Lead pipe disappears into the party wall so you only see one end of it. There was a collapsed straight joint below the bath which caused everything to back up and fail. Ripped it all out and replaced. Sink is existing but waste was new. When I...

    Pipework when using a pump

Power shower will sit before the pump. Not sure if it has its own direct feed. Need to check. It's a rental. Does that matter?

    Pipework when using a pump

I need to get it done as quickly and cheaply as possible. At some point the entire flat is being ripped out and remodeled but not now so just looking for an easy win. If the pumps are an issue I will just leave it with the weak gravity feed.

I know this has been asked several times before but I haven't seen one for a few years and wondered if these are still the best screws for external decking. The deck is a 20mm thick Iroko board fixed into timber bearers. Are these -> > LINK < the best screws to use? Is 50mm the correct length...
