Got a Xantia on an X plate 2.0 HDI one of the injectors are leaking diesel possibly a seal are they easy to replace and if i get someone to do it how much would i expect to pay?

Okay the bottom nut has being tightened and so far no leak (hopefully it will stay that way however the outside overflow is dripping not to fast but constant. Why would it overflow if its only at 2 bar max?

Its a Halstead ace 82, there are two nuts that hold the water pump in place it seems to be coming from the bottom. I can understand the drop in bar pressure because of this but why the overflow? it rarely goes above 2 bar anyway. Cheers, Mark.

I keep having to top the water level up via the loop because it's overflowing outside why is this? everytime i put water level up to 2 bar ish it drops - any ideas?

So what you guys saying? how can i tell exactly which problem it is? The PFS seems to work fine but the pin seems to stick and i would hazard a guess that the micro switch seems to be operating fine, so the pin isn't part of the pf switch? so in that case how do i diagnose the "sticking pin...

Does the switch attach on to the push pin or does the pin belong to another item that the pfs sits on? just wondering because its the pin that keeps getting stuck. What causes this to happen, any idea anyone?

Cheers Rob, how much do they generally cost? Can you recomend any web sites? What do you think the problem is with the switch?

PF switch seems to be sticking again can anyone tell me how much it will be to replace it and do i have to get a Corgi chap in as it seems like a straight forward job.

Just had a look, there seem to be 2 PF switches, one for the CH and the other for the HW. When selected on only HW you can see the pin push out and pushing the "white" plastic button inside, this seems to push all the way in but it still cuts out even when only selected on HW? - this i find...

Just the light that indicates boiler seems to flash and it is happening with the HW now. Its about 4-5 years old could it be the pump? i have a feeling it's something to do with the ignition don't ask me why.
