Cheers Burnerman. Ive actualy visited a local coach works who can supply the boards for the sides, and said they will do me a good price if I dont mind having slight seconds. I suspect I'm going to have to get some quality bits to drill these out as mine don't seem to be making much impression...

Sourced a local supplier for 1 piece boards. Now does anyone have any tips/ suggestions for removing these rivets that hold the sides on?

Failing being able to get similar to what I have at the moment, any suggestions of what i could paint/coat marine ply if I had to use that? Would I need to even? I`d rather have it white if possible, but not essential i suppose

Thanks. Thats the stuff Iv`e been recommended for the floor. The sides are coated ply, look like grp from a distance, but are plywood. The phenolic board as I understand things is used for floors as its anti slip

What Im looking for is the best place to get board for my box trailer sides. Iv`e seen a few places that sell the proper expensive stuff for the floor. The sides are like a coated plywood, not sure of it`s correct name. It`s quite an old trailer and as always with wood, the wet has eventually...
