    Yes, it can be dot punched. I'm wary of using the grinder as the head is a tight fit upto the aluminium trim

    Cheers Burnerman. Ive actualy visited a local coach works who can supply the boards for the sides, and said they will do me a good price if I dont mind having slight seconds. I suspect I'm going to have to get some quality bits to drill these out as mine don't seem to be making much impression...

    Failing being able to get similar to what I have at the moment, any suggestions of what i could paint/coat marine ply if I had to use that? Would I need to even? I`d rather have it white if possible, but not essential i suppose

    Thanks. Thats the stuff Iv`e been recommended for the floor. The sides are coated ply, look like grp from a distance, but are plywood. The phenolic board as I understand things is used for floors as its anti slip

The sides are like a coated plywood, not sure of it`s correct name. It`s quite an old trailer and as always with wood, the wet has eventually...
