Thanks. I don’t have any cold water fluctuations, but I believe that if I did, it wouldn’t cause my issue, I.e, water becoming cold. Instead it would have just stopped outputting water if it was a cold water pressure problem.

Thanks for the responses. If the roof is sloping (my roof is) will it support the hot water cylinder? I have heard some people change the roof to accommodate for one (flat roof) I cannot imagine a hot water cylinder on top of a sloping gable roof.
