    Dpf cleaning or buying

Prepare a few weeks in advance next year, oil change, air filter, can of forte and a good run. Wont hurt to use the Forte treatment every 6 months.

    Dpf cleaning or buying

Cheap aftermarket dpfs are not very good so just take care with what you buy if you do. The cleaning may work fine done properly. What sort of mileage are you doing?

    Dash Cam Fitting

You could go headlining but its probably a similar distance so the cable may not reach, im not sure if they do extension cables. I dont think you will get it though the grommets so may have to put up with it popping out near the parcel shelf somewhere, i would say going through the lower section...

How does one get into car repair for a hobby?

Find an easy to work on car, get a haynes manual and start with basic servicing. Avoid buying anything with engine management lights on which have a description "its only a sensor needed" Something like a Mazda Mx5 would be a good car but sadly the rust is an issue so you need to be careful.

Water leaking into wheel well of 2006 B6 Passat estate?.

This job is a real ball ache for me especially that stupid window dowel. I'd just take out the bolts enough to get some sealant in there and send it. A hair dryer or heat gun to dry it out first and then use something like CT1 sealant which is designed to work on damp surfaces. I've just done...

Golf 2013 2.0 diesel Intermittent Fault

You cant just let people guess at faults and load the parts cannon, its a recipe for disaster. I would seek out a real diagnostics expert who will be able to test the crank sensor correctly. I know it may be tough to do this but they are about. Is it logging any codes now?

    Battery Experiance

Some cars have a re learning procedure but i cant answer if yours does, usually occurs pretty quickly when the car is full up to temperature. If its ok now i wouldnt worry, i would research the coding aspect though as it may lead to incorrect charging.

Vauxhall combi 1.3 66 plate injector issue

They shouldnt need re coding if they are the original injectors, maybe do a visual check of all the pipes etc under the bonnet first or get them to do it.

K12 micra with cold feet. My micra heater all seems to work except that the driver side footwell is cold.

Some climate systems have a calibration procedure which can be carried out via the buttons to reset motor positions etc, have a google search to see if yours does.

    Parking & Drive Access

Address it with the neighbour, its their responsibility then to tell their visitors really. If no luck id just continue to make it awkward for them which is a bit petty but they will get the message.

    Snow foam cannon

Bilt hamber auto foam or their touchless are very good at lifting most of the traffic film but as said they dont get all of it off. They are designed to help remove the worst of the dirt before a contact wash so you dont rub in any grit etc and cause marring to the paint.

Water leaking into wheel well of 2006 B6 Passat estate?.

Stick a hose on it whilst you sit in there to see. Can get in through the lights, boot seal number plate holes etc. The rear washer hose can detach too in a few places letting water in so just test that works ok.
