    Yes, just a spray now and again and a rake. 30-50 m2 plus the hard work so it's your choice, but it must drain somewhere..

    if that a problem you could remove the paving joint so the water can escape. that would be my answer ,along with cutting a deep groove into the concrete if possible. would that help?

    Water will always find a way to a lower level. I think the summer house needs raising.

    As it a drain off area,why not get some nice granite to make it neat and tidy. 2 to of ping grey granite would be about £140 Level it and park the car. It will compact and when settled will just need the odd weed spray and a rake now and then. Granite doesn't track and go everywhere like...

    The adjustable feet are a good idea ,set them all level and drop the base onto them. As long as they are in the right place I can't see any problems. Did the sons summer house the same. Then added a deck board skirt..looked great

    Porcelain slabs...how much!!! I'd think slate will be fine if it's the smooth type ,still quite expensive but none porous. Make sure you use PVA in your mortar.

    Mixed sand and gravel, Ballast. Mix at 4:1 Mix it quite wet and float finish with steel float if it is just a step with a trowel finish. Or rough wood float if you want to tile ect.

    If that's the soakaway ? I'm guessing 50-60 m2 of drive looking at pics? I'm thinking you need a chat with boss man. As a good deluge will flood you out. I can't see the lie of the land but if that's the low point ? I see problems.

    I'd expect the original hardcore was fine as there newish houses. there using a grab lorry, this means its being tipped legally. dodgy traveller type paving companies use small tippers and tip around the corner !! looks fine to me. Just check the soak away ? Are they cutting into the storm...

    Nice one,its winter so a weeks notice isn't uncommon. Getting paving dry to sand and compact it so you can park on it, can be a bit of a pain this weather. So be prepared for this if it gets a bit rough weather wise.

    They dont really fade its just grime. Lots of sun is a good thing as it helps keep them free from moss ,algae as they thrive in damp shaded areas..
