    Water leak, suspect grouting failed

Stuckinarut is right, it's a shower over a bath, the bath panel area was actually plasterboarded and tiled over, so in the past in order to fit new taps and waste I had to smash tiles and cut plasterboard out for access. With my untrained eye the whole bathroom was done on a budget, I feel like...

    Water leak, suspect grouting failed

As I was walking downstairs I noticed some bubbling paint on the wall. I've had issues with the shower letting water in before but it has been fine for a couple years now. I'm just wondering if someone can let me know from these pictures if it looks like the grout has failed and this looks like...

Kitchen wall unit coming away from wall

Thanks for the suggestions, I think I'll go down the route of the rail, but will probably have to cut it in two, as this cabinet is two small ones screwed together. On closer inspection a total cowboy has hung these as that middle mount I dont think was doing anything.

Kitchen wall unit coming away from wall

Sorry if this has been covered before, I did a quick search and couldn't find anything. Since I moved in, one kitchen cabinet has been hanging for dear life on the wall. As I'm looking to redecorate the kitchen. I took the cabinet off the wall to see what the fixing situation was and was met...

    Wiring new light fitting

Ok so wired either way doesn't matter, the light'll still work? Just trying to get my head around how the other one worked, and yeah the more DIY I do on this house the more cheap work and botches I find, I'll unwrap those and stick them in a wago. Thanks

    Wiring new light fitting

I have removed a light fitting and thought it'd just be a case of matching colours up, but on closer inspection something seems odd to me. The labelled L and N wired are from the old fitting that were attached to a transformer so I cut them. But from what I can see the one labelled N is attached...

    Confused by light switch wiring

Just did as suggested and it worked, thank you so much all. I've been wracking my brains over this for a while.

    Confused by light switch wiring

Here's the front, I'll attempt to get a better picture of the wiring at the back later, I appreciate the ones I've sent aren't the easiest to work out. Yes once the middle is on, I can turn the outside ones on and off, but they turn off when the middle is off.

    Confused by light switch wiring

Yes I do, although was having little luck getting any readings earlier so I think I'll have to give it another go. I thought the same as you regarding the loop, but there is also a black wire going into that middle connection which I assumed was the live that provided power to the middle switch.

    Confused by light switch wiring

I have a 3 gang light switch by my front door, the left switch operates two outdoor lights, the middle operates a light in the entrance, and the right one goes to a light and switch upstairs. The issue I have is that the outdoor lights only go on when the middle switch is on, and I'd like to...
