Simple shower pump should do, or run it off mains with a pressure reducing valve set to 1.0 bar is even easier, I'd stick a non return valve on also

As said air source is a much better option if house is insulated, If not into renewables, I'd go oil over LPG, it's a better calorific value than LPG. But for me fitting oil or LPG is just plain stupid nowadays

£1400 seems very cheap, I'd be wary of boiler for that price, Viessmann and Vaillant are my preferred choice of boiler, I'd be looking at £2600 as a minus for back boiler conversion
