    might be worth checking if your turbo is a variable vain unit. If so the variable vains my be sticking only way to clean check is to remove turbo and visaul inspection.

    Worth looking at all the connections as you say when hot,when items could expand just enough to cause a bad connection But like i said if you can reproduce the fault best to check feed at starter for crank signal and if no voltage work backwards to find fault I have not come across any EMS...

    starter relay fault,bad /loose connections on starter motor , bad /loose earth/starter motor fault. If you can reproduce fault check you have a feed from relay to starter motor (small wire) while some one cranks car over.

    Could be a wiring/ connection fault. I would check resistance across each injector first, should have routhly same readings on all of them. This will confirm if No 3 is at fault before trying to remove it.

    If you still have your pre stored stations on your radio after the radios gone on and off,then more likely to be a radio fault then a power supply fault to the unit

    Morning John No Maxxis tyres on car . Not many hills around here . You hear it more on light throttle driving from 40km up to 60km if you drive it with a bit more throttle not so loud ? Nosie does change if load put on wheels ie going round a corner but not that much to think w/bearing l am out...

    Get some one to turn key to crank and you test for power on the wire to the starter soleniod . making sure you are away from moving parts just in case it spins over

    yes tyres. if they are they will have an arrow on them to show direction or look at the tread pattern. Also some times when powder coated you have a build up around bolt/nut holes make sure that area is clean if not when tighten nuts/bolts the wheel does not sit correctly.

    Did you take both front wheels of together ? you may have mixed wheels up . They may be directional rotation . swap them side to side and see what happens.

    If you are going to fit TVR to that rad make sure you have one rad that does not have a TVR fitted, as the rad without the TVR is used as a bypass just in case all TVRs close.
