Odd voltage readings on 3-way valve & heating always on with hot-water

I cant but it is on the side of the pump body

    Baxi 105e Expansion Vessel failed?

The instant uses the expansion vessel as a sort of pre heat store, the 105e expansion vessel will not fit your boiler they are different

Odd voltage readings on 3-way valve & heating always on with hot-water

The arrow is on the side of the body, even if you turn the head through 180 deg it still pumps in the same direction , you only rotate the head to ease electrical connections, only the pump body decides the direction

    Baxi 105e Expansion Vessel failed?

Your boiler is a 105e instant, not a 105e, they are similar but not the same boiler

Odd voltage readings on 3-way valve & heating always on with hot-water

On the body of the pump there is an arrow showing direction of flow, it should be pointing towards the inlet to the mid position valve, that pump looks to be fitted the wrong way round

Totally wrong fixings used in the first place

Odd voltage readings on 3-way valve & heating always on with hot-water

As @CBW some pics would help we need to see your wiring

How to Hive mini wire to Vokera Easi Heat 29c Boiler

Follow the flex that supplies the boiler it will terminate in a bit of terminal block with a fuse in it attach the Hive L&N to the outlet terminal of that block and that way the hive receiver will have the added protection of the boiler fuse

Loss of hot water pressure in vented cylinder thermal store system

The valve half way up the cylinder is a blending valve try that at max and see if the HW flow rate increases, beware though the HW might be really hot, just as a test

Loss of hot water pressure in vented cylinder thermal store system

That should be fine, you have a restriction somewhere and it is usually that Pressure reducing valve, but I would have expected the dynamic (taps open) pressure to have dropped a lot lower than that if it was faulty

Rad slow to heat up fully

Some vertical rads have a baffle and the flow must go into the baffle side or you will get the symptoms you describe

    UFH and CH S plan

Do you know if the existing thermostats have air sensors or NTCs inserted into the UFH ?

Loss of hot water pressure in vented cylinder thermal store system

on the cold main inlet the valve with the guage on it is a pressure reducing valve, open two hot taps and tell us what the guage reads with the hot taps open full

Battery thermostat to Hive mini wiring issue

NOOOOOOOO the two grey wires are permanent lives, DO NOT attach them to any Neutral

Three way valve and head - strange behaviour

They were the origional W plan priority HW, only 3 wires and live for the motor was supplied from cyl thermostat satisfied, when power applied to the valve it motors into CH position, have only seen a few not very common, but are common in boilers with a small thermal store
