The government maybe? They need tighter checks before allowing people to roam free.....I know what you will say it isn't an easy job.....I agree it isnt thats why it keeps happening.

They are already here thats a different problem, why allow more to enter the country?

Its a shame really as some of them are probably decent people wanting a better life, but a small few do ruin it for them.
