Can anyone recommend good design software for planning out bathrooms and plumbing projects in 3d for customer approval?

Is it microbore or small bore pipe?also what sort of valve is it?.If it worked before I can only imagine it's a blockage in the valve somehow.

Glad you're sorted.As it's in you're own house I'd bleed all the rads tomorrow night and then again next week. Technically the system bleed valve should be on the highest point of the system ie by your cold water storage tank in the loft somewhere but they're often by the hot water cylinder.

By the way it won't hurt to block the vent pipe just to flush the system

I'm not sure exactly what you've done.You tied off the central heating tank (the small one) in the loft right?,then drained down the radiators through the lowest drain off cock so there's only an inch of water in the small tank.Then you closed off the drain off and opened a bleed valve on a rad...

have you opened any/all bleed valves on the rads and the system bleed normally at the highest point but may be by the cylinder?

What like a hairdressers basin....just use a solid waste and keep an eye on it when you fill it up!

Might be doing myself out of a job but in a conservatory I'd install an electric fan heater,one that can act as a warm air heater in the winter and a cold air fan in the summer. :wink:
