    If it’s only a pinhole there’s a repair patch coupling available, but since you’ve cut the pipe as above or cut out 2 sections and use one clip coupling with standard or 2 slip couplings. Could even use a press gun and fitting

    Glitch in the system or my phone? If I am left signed in, sometimes when I come back it's just a white screen with the logos at the top. It never used to happen. Also, using my iPad (could be it's outdated now) I can't select emoji's or when I quote someone it's white not blue until I hit post.

    Not sure what a live tester is. If it's a voltstick or similar it won't help. It could be the thermostat has failed, it could be the link is left inside the boiler. Probably going to need a gas safe registered engineer for this one. For the time being you can select hot water only on the boiler...

    No it shouldn’t make that noise, but it looks like it’s catching on the side of the cistern. I can’t remember how these fill as I’ve not changed one for ages. I think water does drip from there.
