The was a huge lump under the sofa but we have managed to release it and its gone down but still touching the wall on one side with 2 small ripples now. Should we try to cut the wood near the wall to flatten it. The skirting boards will go over the top after it. Thanks

The room size is about 4 x 3.5 metres. We have the hall way to finish but we dont want to start it until we sort this problem. It will be attached on to the living room floor via the door. Thanks Razil
