    Concrete floor corner missing, new windows

    Was preparing the area to have new windows installed and when removing the skirting board noticed a corner of the concrete floor missing, any suggestions on how to fix it? Do plan to have a tredboard wall to wall woth skirting board on top.

    Damp patch across French Doors

    Preparing to have new windows installed and noticed a damp patch that runs the length of the French doors, has caused minor rot to either sides skirting. Also on the exterior there's no filler under the doors. Anything i can do to resolve this or do you think when the new windows are properly...
