    error 10 is no flame detected, but this could be for another reason. Try checking the condensate waste pipe to see if it has frozen up outside. Ensure it is all fully clear before trying to reset the boiler again, then come back and let us know if this worked.

    Try removing the wireless thermostat from your system to prove this out. Do the radiators actually get hot when you are doing all your resetting etc ?

    Perhaps the gas supply to the boiler should have been at least 28mm ? 40kw combis generally need a hefty supply, personally I always install 28mm for anything this size, especially anything with a few bends in !

    Sounds like undersized pipe from meter to boiler ? Was this changed when new boiler installed ?

    I think chap means boiler works now and PCB not faulty (yet !) Maybe time to ditch it if HE is duffered as esteemed chaps already mentioned, could be one of those where it will be one fault after another - PCB/Diverter etc.
