yes.. call him back again.. everyone does it to me. so get on that phone and shout.. sounds like the pressure hose is blocked. hotpoint had some faults with the sump/pressure hose.. they now do it in a kit form if you need to replace it..

could be the soap box hose bloked with powder. make shure the machine is strate not leaning forwards

sounds like the valve but if you had a noise b4 something might have got stuck in the pressure chamber...so the machine thinks it is full of water... bosch like 5p coins....

a bosch machine should have a 2 year guarantee.

does this machine run all the time? sounds like a gas/system fault

how old is it? they have reprogramed the board now as they had problems with the machines with a plastic base inside the machine

i mend these under the 2years and i would say save your money.. they are crap and they always leak.. door seals are around £40 when most other machines are only £15 dont buy lg miele or siemans german machines... all the others will only last you 4-6 years..

hotpoint did have a fault with the bearings on this machine so its not all your fault.. phone them for a price but should be if i remember £70 ish.
