Hiya, I like to remove both side of the pipe elbows, which covered with paint - as the pictures below. I would like to replace it with a new one for the tower rail. Should just blow torch on it or remove the paint first? How can i avoid the wallpaper from getting burn from the heat? THanks,

No way of tracing the pipe cause it runs under the concrete floor. All i found is, as shown in the thumbnail above and i think that was the links to the pipe.
