I notice that the CH use in insolation does not ignited the boiler. We realise that to turn on the CH we have to turn on the HW too. Is that common? Thinking back before we change to C27, when we turn the CH switch on, the HW switch triggers on as well.

Maybe not room thermostat yet probably in future. I notice that after changing to c27 the CH seem to be really slow to heat up. Is there any possible reason?

Yes that door is the only access to the boiler room (kind of extension). We are first time buyer and we naive about lots of things.

We didn't buy it, it was here in a pack when we bought the house. Now i am considering to buy the one the that you recommend from Screawfix, however do you have any sample or simplifiy drawing how i can attach the wires to the backplate, because i don't really understand the electrical diagram.
