    Make sure that the system is filled to 1.5 bar when completely cold. Check that both taps on the filling loop are completely closed and remove the braided hose between them to confirm this. The bleed screw is replaceable, buy one from a plumbers merchants. Let me know how you get on.

    The flame is lifting off because it is searching for air. Get it checked by a CORGI registered operative. Radiators cold at bottom due to sludge, needs a powerflush

    How Long to Drain?

    How long it takes to drain is dependant on the size of the pin hole. The valves may be letting by very slightly, are the pipes into the radiator stone cold?

    Glow worm 24ci only produces warm water

    I also think that it's a gas supply fault either at the meter or undersized gas supply to the boiler and suggest that you get a CORGI registered engineer to check. This may be cheaper in the long run as changing parts unnecessarily can become expensive. Good luck
