HI Fitting shower tray on the floorboards=cut out piece of floorboard outside the tray area so that you can fit/adjust the waste fitting shower tray on the concrete floor=raise the tray using bricks/blocks then you have gap to fit the waste.

HI best way is 22mm pipes separate feed for shower with 2 automatic air vents at the highest point.
