HI pipes passing through wall must be sleeved to protect from wall movement etc.to fit a sleeve existing pipe need to be cut and put sleeve in.usually one size up.

HI it sounds like circulation problem.feel flow and return pipes as they exit the boiler are they hot ?what is the pipe size close to the boiler and if reduced what is the distance from the boiler.

HI thats better.you need to pressurerise the system/fill water in the system.there should be filling loop somewhere usually silver flexible pipe with black plastic lever.while filling the pipes also have to bleed the radiators.the gauge has to be between 1-1.5 bar. :D
