ok thank you guys for your help. I have called a plumber as the pressure reducing valve is inside the boiler. I tried to turn valve off fully but it just starts leaking water again. Well.. I did it! yes I inserted key properly this time, and yes the pressure went up :) but just now I realised it had dropped below 1 again, so I did it again.. and something went horribly wrong :( the gauge went up nicely like before, and when i got 1.3 I turned it off but.. all of a sudden...
