Thanks for your help. I actually picked up something very similar from Amazon and installed this afternoon. It just about does a job. In the mean time however, I've managed to track down the exact model of the shower, so I'm on to the manufacturer about getting a spare.

182cm tall, each pane is 31cm across, with a 2cm gap inbetween. Holes are 20cm and 23cm from top edge, and 2.5cm in from the side. Glass is 6mm thick.

Looking for a bit of help from the community. So after about a year of it being stiff, it finally snapped, at probably the worst time with the lockdown in London. Really struggling to find maker/model of the door to locate a replacement hinge. Don't suppose anyone has any clue??
