    I use Gorilla buckets, there flexible and come in all sizes and are cheap enough as well, as for mixing if its only a small amount i usually use a good bit of 2"x2".

    How do i measure the flow rate, do i literally just fill jug and time it to see how much goes through ??? And wouldnt that effect the kitchen taps to, cos there scolding. tried changing the mixer taps but to no avail, shows what Ariston no doesnt it.

    glass blocks into stud wall

    It really depends on your blocks are they exactly flush with the plasterboard or are they set back slightly. Either way its best if you can skim before you put the glass blocks in as the blocks have to be set with a special mortar and sealed.

    staggering plasterboard

    :( Sorry m8 its bot good news you should have staggered the joins, but this does not mean it will deffinetly crack just that the likelyhood is greater. Its the same in most of the trades bricks are staggered, so are roof tiles, plasterboard etc.
