Thanks Tony JPC..sorry I got confused..the recommendations are Max 46 Deg C at bath and I think 41Dec C at shower. Understand Fat Johns office may make all new builds adopt this.. wonder why corgi havent tried to jump on this as another fee..after all the water is usually heated by gas.

That seems strange..obvious question.. When selected to CH only are you getting 240v on terminal 4 and on terminal 5. If/when you sort it would be interested in outcome..thanks edit..sorry didnt see previous posting see also...

Well it wants to be above the outlet. Outlet could be at bottom or the side. The float v/v should control the level..is it stuck? Half way up should be ok. I like it quite full but I have seen comments that thist may be too high..it ha sto accomodate the expansion due to increase in water...

The fact that the radiator took sometime to vent indicates that either the make up supply,from F&E Tank is restricted and/or there is debris in the pipework supply to the radiator. Frequently the 'T' where the make up enters the system gets restricted/blocked. Either way to me it...

Chris R I see where the 10/16 comes from now..is that input or output. So would it have been set up to a fixed fire rate by the original installer? Mine only just copes in very cold weather..it only needs to keep going for a few months though! Couldn't find this boiler on www.sedbuk.com...

Teak Am kin exactly same position..just hope mine lasts the winter..will then get a system boiler installed. What boiler s are you looking at?
