    1. Well if it was mostly new pipework wouldn't need flushing if new radiators where being fitted would only need a hot flush takes 2 hours, could of easily been missed, this one is going to be hard to prove.. as there is no RULE/LAW requiring a powerflush machine just that was flushed inline...
