Please look if you are a professional plumber

Get some legal advice . As has been said previously, there is no point trying to tidy that crap up, it should all come out. Roofing work / appropriate flue needs doing. Spending a few quid on pipe clips would be nice too. I would have thought that you would now need to be going through...

Biasi vs Baxi vs? choice of combi boiler for small flat

Baxi-Main 24HE 'A' rated is pretty good for a budgety boiler. GW CX24 is OK for a cheapy. But deffo Baxi as opposed to Biasi imho.

Please look if you are a professional plumber

Get Corgi in. There is absolutely no way that this is the work of a registered installer and if it is, then they should be de-registered without delay. Mind boggling awful from start to finish.

    Boiler- mind of its own!

You probably have a frost stat installed. The boiler does not have a mind of it's own - this is hard to do when the factory that made you pre-lobotomised it prior to delivery.

    MOVING A RADIATOR

I want to know what that small tank in the loft is doing. It would be quite unusual to have an open vented combi. Other than that, I think your plan is fraught with danger. Just drain down and give yourself time to do the job without worrying about anything (except filling up again obviously!)

Heatline Capriz 25 - Big enough?

And what should he say when the installer asks him why and what rule or regulation states that he should?

    Worcester Bosh 24Ri

Have you tried to bleed the whole system with the motorised valve(s) manually opened?
  14. E

    Worcester Bosh 24Ri

You need to bleed the heat exchanger via the silicone tube. You have done that haven't you?

    No isolators on our bath

Depends on whether you are on mains pressure supplies or not. Take a look in your loft and if you see a large water cistern then you are not and this will have to be drained before you cut into any pipe work. Before you do any cutting, ensure that all taps are opened at the lowest point in...

Nice looking thermostat/ programers like Honeywell Prestige?

Very interesting 11 minute youtube video of watching some old sod unscrew a thermostat and then screw a new one onto a wall. Mind you, he did find time to spin round on his carpet like some ageing break dancer in his excitement on unwrapping his new gear from Honeywell. Oh, and he has a...

No Hot Water - Radiators are fine

Some cylinders were piped with 15mm on the return side, making them very susceptible to becoming completely blocked. But it would be easy enough to drain down and work out what the exact problem is.
